This free program could be exactly what you need to get your life on track, but you know the old adage, "you can bring the horse to water, but you can't make them drink." Why would humans be any different?
The only reason any of us do anything is that we choose to do it. You have to decide if you are going to make the most use of the free tools that are being given to you. It's up to you how fast you progress and how much you get out of this program and out of life.
In order for any of us to improve our life situation, we must look at our past thoughts and actions that may be holding us back.
